How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?

Items that are unworn and unwashed may be exchanged for another item. Please use the following instructions.

1. Send the unworn and unwashed items you purchased and the packing slip to:
   URSHIRTINGME.COM Exchanges
   1010 W. Fullerton Ave., Suite B
   Addison, IL 60101
2. Include a clearly written or typed note with the following information:
   
   • The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.
   • What shirts you want in exchange. If, exchanging for a different design, please be as specific as possible.
   • Note if Men's or Women's
   • Note the desired color
   • Note the size. Men's sizes available are Small thru 5XL. Women's sizes available are XS thru 4x. 3XL is an additional $1.00 for both Men’s and Women’s The 4XL is an additional $1.50 for both Men’s and Women’s. The 5XL is also an additional $1.50 for Men's.
   • Other than size pricing, items are exchanged shirt for shirt, regardless of what you paid for them and/or the current price on the website.
   • Full name and address you would like your new item(s) shipped to.
   • If the item was a gift, and you do not wish the original purchaser to be notified of the exchange, write "NEW EMAIL" on the packing slip and we’ll try not to send them any notifications regarding the exchange.
3. Exchange Re-Shipping Fee
   • Domestic
     • 1 shirt - $4.50
     • 2 shirts $5.00
     • 3 shirts are $6.60
     • Over 3 shirts, add $1 for each additional item.
     • Please send check or money order in US dollars, payable to "URSHIRTINGME.COM", or a credit card number, expiration date and CVV/CSC. (DO NOT SEND CASH) Failure to send exchange fee payment will delay your return.

Please Note:

• Since you pay the return shipping on exchanges, we highly recommend using the US Postal Service. That's what we use and have found USPS has the most affordable rates. That being said, you can ship your return to us via any major carrier.
• Since we print to order, we do not charge a restocking fee.

How do I return an item I purchased?

Unworn and unwashed items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 45 days. The refund will be through the original method of payment. The refund will go back onto the credit card account that placed the order. We cannot send cash refunds.

1. If you want to send a return, please mail the unworn and unwashed items to us at:

2. Include a clearly written or typed note with the following information:
   The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser. The item(s) you are returning, and write "return for refund."

Please Note:

Incorrect shirt/Defective shirt.

If you received an incorrect item from what you ordered or the item we sent you is defective, please contact us at ORDERS@URSHIRTINGME.COM with the following info.

• the order number
• specifics on the defect or order error.

We will take care of it for you. This is done at no cost to the customer. Our bad! Customarily we will send you a replacement item, and pay for you to send the defective and/or incorrect shirt back to us.
